PROCESSOR FOR BULLS WEIGHING ON AVERAGE 2800#’s
The Ohio Association of Foodbanks is looking for a bison processor who would be willing to process donated bulls from SelectSires weighing on average 2,800 pounds.
· We have funding to pay for processing.
· Everything would be ground and packed in 1# chubs.
· We can provide transportation to and from you facility.
· There would be a few monthly throughout the year.
· April, August and December there would be 70 sires to process.
